Roger Rabbits special effects still fucking hold up by todays standards AND looks better than most films that come out NOW it was that ahead of its time

I’m still amazed that Hoskins had that little to work with. Everything about this video is awesome.

This made my day.

Protip: This is a really bad question to ask when visiting the National Mall. We have 8 buildings surrounding the Mall, and a total of 19 museums, 9 research centers and the National Zoo. A S.H.I.E.L.D agent should know better!

(We think she means the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History in this case.)

I love that this is on the Smithsonian’s tumblr

#i was about to get annoyed about someone taking this too seriously but then i saw who posted it

RAUL ESPARZA SINGING HALLELUJAH

I originally listened to this for a Hannibal prompt fill, and oh my actual God, Raul’s voice is fucking fantastic and I am actually unable to breathe, I’m hyperventilating into my coffee at college. This is fantastic, this is fucking fantastic.

I see your Hallelujah and raise you a Being Alive from the 2008 Company revival. …I had to get out of bed and go back to my computer to post this, because it is just that important that you folks new to Raul see this.

*holding out for my Hannibal the Musical*

When I saw this ep, I announced on Twitter I would call Bronies ‘Equesticles’ from now on. Half of the responses were Bronies going ‘I LOVED THAT EPISODE, it was HILARIOUS!’. Fine lads.

Then there was the other half who went ‘oh god no…’

I leaned back in my chair, steepled my fingers and went >:D

And the Waltz Goes On - Anthony Hopkins

Sir Anthony Hopkins Hears The Waltz He Wrote 50 Years Ago For The First Time

Academy Award-winning actor Sir Anthony Hopkins was a musician before he got into acting. 50 years ago he wrote a waltz but was too afraid to ever hear it play. Dutch violinist André Rieu performs it for the very first time. Watch Hopkins’ reaction.

That was beautiful

I cried a few tears and felt better about humanity’s endeavors.

Reblaging for when in not at work

I actually cried. That was incredible.
